“I talked to 5 different HVAC companies. Out of those 5 companies, I received 5 very different quotes and plans for my home. I finally called Joy at Cool Sunshine and she listened to what I was seeking. Her bid was fair and very competitive and the fact that they were a Lennox dealer made my final decision very easy.
When Sergio and the team came to my house, they were very professional and kind. They worked all day on the heat pump install and did a fabulous job! My home is finally cool and comfortable.
I would not think twice about using Cool Sunshine. I look forward to them servicing my new heat pump in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with Aldo, our service technician. After another company told us our furnace was beyond repair and needed to be replaced, Aldo came in, took a thorough look, and discovered the issue was simply a blown fuse. He replaced it quickly and had our furnace running in no time—saving us thousands of dollars.
What really stood out was Aldo’s professionalism and transparency. He took the time to explain everything clearly, walking us through what had gone wrong and how he fixed it. His honesty and attention to detail were incredibly reassuring. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping customers.

“I have been using Cool Sunshine for approximately the last 18 years and have always been pleased with their products and service. They recently replaced the split system furnace/air conditioner in my attic that serves the 2nd floor of my house. The unit experienced some problems, the high-level condensation sensor would trip, which turned off the air conditioning and continuously ran the fan, resulting in bedroom temperatures in excess of 80 degrees. I called Joy and she immediately had Israel come out to troubleshoot this new unit. Over the course of the next couple weeks, they made multiple trips to try to locate the problem and correct the issue. At one point the actually replaced the evaporator and changed if from a up/down flow to a down flow. Finally, the made some modifications to the air flow and installed an optional gasket. The unit has been operation for the past week with no issues. Never once did Joy or Israel hesitate about coming out, and they were always very responsive, courteous, and concerned. They stood behind their work and the product they supplied without hesitation. I unequivocally recommend them for all your HVAC needs and on a scale of 1 to 5 I rate them 10, and even though we have had an 18-year relationship, I am convinced that they would treat any new customer no differently than they have me.”
